I love this. Thanks for the tips. What’s with reposting though. Feels like kind of retweeting. I thought LinkedIn’s posts half life is much longer and reposting wasn’t at etiquette on the platform.

Reposting after 4-5 hours is advisable to keep your post in people’s feeds and reposting without adding text benefits the original author so win-win!

Thanks Mel. This is absolute gold. I am terrible for over using hashtags and so will definitely improve here. I also need to develop my approach to the first 2 hours. As in the last I have definitely written LinkedIn content expecting it to compound. Thank you for guiding us. 🙏

This was an incredible post. It makes me wonder how much of this also applies to Substack? For instance, over the weekend I saved a post here on Substack with daily meditation and relaxation exercises. I've returned to it 2-3 times already. I will probably give that post thousands of impressions over its lifetime, as it is becoming a daily habit to go through the post in order, doing all of the exercises.
